Impact Quincy

IMPACT Quincy began in 1991 to address the devastating impact of overdose and substance use disorders on the Quincy community.

The vision of IMPACT Quincy is to have a safe, supportive, and equitable communities where all people have the resources and support needed to achieve positive health and well-being, with the primary mission to build healthier communities for all.

As a community-based coalition IMPACT Quincy has included numerous partners including community members, businesses, family members, school systems, recovery communities, municipalities, everyone who is dedicated to building healthy communities through equity and collective action.

IMPACT Quincy is made up of key partners reflecting the diversity of the communities we serve and delivers a wide range of prevention programs.

What to Expect

  • Creating and sustaining effective, prevention focused partnerships that highlight diverse voices and the perspectives of those with lived experiences.
  • Building the capacity of the community to collect local data and to implement evidence-informed prevention programs, policies, practices and systems change

IMPACT Quincy is part of Building Up Youth (BUY), a Regional Collaborative on Health and Wellness.
