Mentor- Plymouth

Full-time* Provide community support services to children and adolescents referred by DMH. B.A. degree in psychology or related field. Knowledge of and ability to assess-human growth and development. Transportation and travel is required.

 

Care Coordinator-Plymouth

Full-time* Care Coordination includes team facilitation and accessing community sources. Responsible for reviewing all crisis and safety plans and managing all high-risk cases as identified by DMH. M.A. degree in counseling or related field. Travel required.

 

Family Therapist -Plymouth

Full-time* Provide Short-Term Home-Based Stabilization services to children and families, which includes case management and crisis intervention services. Must possess a minimum of one-year experience working with child and family treatment (assessment, treatment planning, outcome measurement, with a developmental behavioral focus). M.A. degree in counseling or related field. Transportation and travel is required.

 

Administrative Assistant-Boston

Full-time* Assist Program Manager in clerical duties which include, filing records, answering phones, organizing client folders, and other related duties. Most often first staff person that a visitor/client encounters, therefore should be pleasant, outgoing and professional. Good computer skills preferred and ability to interact well with other staff and individuals.

 

Program Counselor-Quincy

Full-time* Supervise clients and participate during activities. Provide crisis support using behavior management system.. Must be a team member, possess high energy and flexibility. Ability to respond to feedback and interest of clients. Good verbal and writing skills. B.A. in psychology, human services, child development or related field required. One year in human services preferred.

Program Director- Quincy                                                                Full-time* Ability to lead a team of clinical and clerical personnel in providing clinical services to clients of the agency.  Responsibilities include providing clinical leadership within an outpatient clinic, acting as the agency liaison to other agencies within the catchement area and resource management. Three years or more of clinical experience in mental health and/or addictions treatment.  Clinical supervision and managing personnel and resources are required. M.A. in a clinical discipline.  Independent licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Excellent collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills

Residential Counselor-Quincy

Full-Time* Counselor for adolescent residential site. Working one-to-one and with groups of adolescents in a milieu setting. Ability to multi-task, must enjoy working with adolescents who are behavioral challenging.  B.A. Degree from an accredited College or University preferred. Prior experience in human services.

 

Clinician-Weymouth

Full-time or Part-time Fee For Service. Counseling in outpatient mental health and substance abuse clinic. Master's degree required. License preferred.
