Impact Quincy A substance abuse prevention and education program established in 1989 that addresses community problems related to alcohol, tobacco and other drugs. This local coalition encourages citizen participation through several community groups and partnerships with key community organizations in Quincy . With the support of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, Bureau of Substance Abuse Services, Impact Quincy will target underage access to alcohol through a wide range of community oriented initiatives.
