Accounting Supervisor - Quincy
Full-time* 32-40 hours per week with benefits. Must possess a Degree in Accounting. Two or more years accounting experience, supervisory level preferred. Position will supervise Accounts Payable, Payroll, banking/cash receipts. Accounting Supervisor will perform month-end closing, reconcilliations, audit/budget preparation.
Care Coordinator - Quincy
Full-time* with benefits. Must possess a BA/MA degree in the field. Position provides high fidelity wraparound services to youth and their families, building relationships with community and State agencies and manage a case load of families. Understanding of child-serving systems a plus, familiarity with wraparound process a plus and a willingness to work within a strength-based model of care a must. Training will be provided.
Clinician MA Level - Family Systems Intervention (FSI) - Weymouth
Master's in Human Services or related field/experience working in the field is preferred. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Complete strengths, needs and culture assessment. Develop Individual Action Plans (IAP) based on youth and families identified need. Outreach and engagement of youth and families. Psycho-education of youth and families about serious emotional disturbance. Assist the youth and family in overcoming the challenges posed by behaviors associated with the youth's condition and associated stresses on the family. Must be organized and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. MA driver's license required with clean driving record. Requires travel to client locations. Must be flexible, schedule will vary dependent on clients and may require evening appointments to accommodate client needs.
Facilitators - Anger Management and Domestic Abuse - Quincy & Norwood
Facilitators to lead anger management and domestic abuse groups for day and evening. Hours are available in Norwood and Quincy. Staff training and a structured curriculum are available. Fee For Service witha competitive compensation package. DPH certification is a plus.
Family Partner - Quincy and Plymouth (2 Positions)
Full-time* Coaching, mentoring, educating parents with children with special needs on behavioral management, and providing 1:1 support. This position requires candidates to be a caretaker of a child with an emotional, mental or physical disability.
Fee For Service Clinicians
Multiple locations - Quincy, Walpole & Plymouth. Broad range of populations served. Master's in related field required; license preferred. Currently searching for 2 -3 days per week in Quincy clinic working with children and adolescents.

Residential Counselor Relief - Hingham
Relief Hours available during the week overnight and all weekend shifts available. Bachelor's level. Position working in an adolescent residential facility. Direct care includes daily activities, life skills, and homework assistance. Maintain safety standards for our residents at all times. Staff work directly with clients that are assigned to them. This position requires a valid and clean MA driver's license. BA required and 2 years or more experiences preferred.
Residential Staff – Plymouth
Residential Counselor, Residential Supervisor, Evenings & Overnight Shifts
Full-time* positions with benefits. Supervise and maintain the safety of adolescents between the ages of 12yrs.-17yrs. Candidates must be energetic and eager to learn. B.A. degree preferred, experience in human services working with adolescents a plus. Requires working nights and weekends. Must possess a valid and clean MA Driver's License. Multiple shifts are available.
Sr. Care Coordinator - Quincy
This is a full-time* position with benefits. Successful candidate must possess a MA degree and be independently licensed (LICSW or LMHC). This position provides direct supervision and coaching to Intensive Care Coordinators in a wraparound program (Community Service Agency). The candidate will be responsible for supervision and coaching staff on how to provide high fidelity wraparound services to youth and their families, building relationships with community and State agencies and manage a small caseload of families. Knowledge of wraparound a plus but not necessary, training will be provided. Experience providing a strength-based model of care to families and experience navigating the child/family servicing systems strongly preferred. Candidate must have prior supervisory experience.
