Substance Abuse Services for Incarcerated Clients Intensive substance abuse services are provided daily for clients assigned to the 90-day education and treatment program within Norfolk County Corrections Center. After an initial intake session, all clients participate in small group counseling sessions, daily alcohol and drug education series and lectures. |
