Community Support Program A short term voluntary program, managed by the Massachusetts Behavioral Health Partnership (MBHP), to provide intensive case management services to individuals who are considered to be "at risk" within the community. The goals of the program include providing individuals with the opportunity to enhance the quality of their lives, focus on their strengths, introduce new daily living and coping tools, and achieve their individual life potential. The CSP provider helps link clients with other needed services and provides support as long as it is needed. |
