Child and Adolescent Outreach and Intensive Tracking A three to six-month program specializing in outreach, tracking, and counseling for at-risk youth. The scope and services include school attendance and truancy issues, substance abuse, court/probation/CHINS issues, and independent living. Participation in activities and close collaboration with the family and other providers are hallmarks of this program. The referral source is the Department of Social Services. |
