Ken has been the President and CEO of Bay State Community Services, Inc. (BSCS) since the agency's conception in 1991. For 15 years, he was the Executive Director of Survival, Inc., one of the five agencies that merged to form BSCS. He also worked for the Division of Child Guardianship and the Federated Dorchester Neighborhood Houses, Inc.

Ken serves on various state and local committees and boards including the Association for Behavioral Health Care, Children's League of Massachusetts and the Quincy Council on Aging.

Ken received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts, Master's of Science degree from Columbia University and he is a Massachusetts Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker.
